Another market trends snapshot of the Lake Norman area. This time focusing on Days on Market for Mooresville, Huntersville and Cornelius. Buyers are out there looking for homes and the inventory of homes listed for sale is still low. A concern for home buyers as we move into the spring real estate market. As a result in Huntersville homes are only staying on the market an average of 35 days! (Originally posted last March in 2015, the Days on Market as of March, 2016 are even less at 23 days!) Homes can go under contract within days with multiple offers. If you’re looking for a home you’ll need to act quickly so you don’t miss out. If you are thinking of listing your home to sell….this would be a great time to list your home…we need more homes in inventory!
